If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our transparent 7-Day Return, Refund & Exchange Policy ensures a hassle-free experience.

1. Return & Exchange Window (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window starting from the date you receive your product. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange (except for products covered under a specific long-term warranty, such as our HQ LiFePO4 Lithium Batteries).

2. Eligibility & Product Condition

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be new, unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: The product must be returned in its original box/packaging with all included parts, accessories, and the invoice or order receipt.
  • Inspection at Delivery: Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide across Bangladesh, customers are encouraged to inspect the product in front of the delivery person before making payment.

3. Exchanges

We gladly accept product exchanges within 7 days of delivery. For example, if you ordered an 18-inch Steel Rehal and wish to exchange it for a 36-inch or 52-inch model, or if you want to switch colors on a Folding Floor Chair, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Return Method & Return Shipping Fees

  • How to Return: All returns and exchanges are processed by mail / courier service (Steadfast, Pathao, Sundarban Courier, or standard home pickup/drop-off) across Bangladesh, or directly at our Chattogram address.
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Free Return): If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product due to our error or transit damage, Mahmud Engineering will bear 100% of the return shipping cost (Free Return).
  • Non-Defective / Change of Mind Returns: If the product has no defect and you wish to return or exchange it due to personal preference or size change after delivery, only the standard courier delivery charge will apply.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

  • During Cash on Delivery (COD): If you notice any issue upon delivery, you may return the parcel immediately to the delivery rider without paying for the product.
  • After Delivery / Advance Payments: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding the approval of your refund.
  • Refund Method & Timeframe: Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer (or back to your original payment method).

Mahmud Engineering-এ আমরা প্রতিটি পণ্যের সর্বোচ্চ মান নিশ্চিত করি। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে কেনা যেকোনো পণ্যে আপনি পাচ্ছেন ৭ দিনের সহজ রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধা:

  • সময়সীমা (৭ দিন): পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার দিন থেকে পরবর্তী ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আপনি রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের (বদলানোর) আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
  • পণ্যের অবস্থা: রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করার ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যটি অবশ্যই নতুন ও অব্যবহৃত (Unused) অবস্থায় এবং অরিজিনাল বক্স/প্যাকেজিংসহ থাকতে হবে।
  • ডেলিভারির সময় চেক করার সুবিধা: সারা বাংলাদেশে আমাদের ক্যাশ অন হোম ডেলিভারি সুবিধা রয়েছে। ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনেই পণ্য খুলে চেক করে মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন।
  • ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য (বিনামূল্যে রিটার্ন): আমাদের দিক থেকে ভুল পণ্য গেলে কিংবা পরিবহনকালে পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত/ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে কোনো ডেলিভারি চার্জ ছাড়াই (Free Return) আমরা পণ্যটি ফেরত নেব অথবা নতুন পণ্য পাঠিয়ে দেব।
  • পছন্দ পরিবর্তন বা সাইজ বদল (Exchange): পণ্য ত্রুটিমুক্ত হওয়া সত্ত্বেও আপনি যদি সাইজ বা মডেল পরিবর্তন করতে চান (যেমন ১৮ ইঞ্চি রেহালের বদলে ৩৬ ইঞ্চি রেহাল নেওয়া), তবে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে সহজেই এক্সচেঞ্জ করে নিতে পারবেন।
  • রিফান্ড পাওয়ার সময়: রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর ৩ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে বিকাশ (bKash), নগদ (Nagad) অথবা ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে আপনার অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
